Best music camera phone on the market - If you want a 4GB phone which is also 3G, with wifi capabilities and a 2mpix camera as well, then this is the best out there, I ve owned an N91 now for over a year and I still can t find a phone on the market now that betters it. I did have problems in the first few months when I first got the phone, it would crash all the time and wouldn t load mp3 s properly, but once I sent it back to have a software patch installed on it it s been great ever since. I have the phone on all week and only turn it off at weekends when I m not at work. Downsides are it s fairly big and synching with windows media player is tricky (reason for 4 stars), but you can create playlists on the phone quite easily and loading music onto it is easy. Battery life is good, lasts around 5-6 days on a charge when using as phone, listening to music 1 hour a day plus calls and wifi browsing then you re down to 2 days. But all in all def a good phone with only the iphone and the sony ericsson w950i as competition, but neither of these have the full spec of the n91, iphone is way too expensive doesn t have 3g and sony for not having a camera.

Nokia N91 Excelent smart phone - I have bought this phone and found it to be a fantastic piece of kit.Must say this is not a phone for technophobes.I use it for net access connected to my laptop. Listen to MP3s, on the phone direct and throught the supplied headphones. I use it for casual photos (poor for low light or macro shots though). Its handy for looking for wifi hotspots, but I can t see much point in trying to use the net on a mobile, so I don t.Great as a phone too it has all the phone tools you would expect but I can t make the voice dialling work, but that is a minor problem. All in all I love this phone!

A disappointment - I ve had a lot of Nokia phones in the last 12 or so years. My others, generally business phones, have been fantastic, but this one was a great disappointment. Since buying the phone a month ago I have found that, on the positive side:- The sound quality of calls/mp3s is really good- The quality of radio signal is great. Much better than a lot of phones I ve had.- It looks the part- Sending SMS messages/emails is very easy- Making calls is easyNow the down side- The phone has crashed a few times. I ve had to remove the battery once to get it restarted.- There is evidence of sloppy programming from time to time, particularly around detecting whether the keyboard is locked or not.- It takes 40 seconds to turn the phone on.- The keyboard lock key on the top keeps unlocking.- I have had to remove all of the mp3s because the phone kept spontaneously playing them - not good at work.- message font not always clear.- The manual was badly printed and difficult to decipher in places.- The battery only lasts a day in normal business use.It s a real shame about this product as I ve always found other Nokia phones to be excellent. I wouldn t say it s the worst phone I ve ever had, but at the same time I wouldn t buy it again.

N91 The Truth - Hi there. To start with the n91 is a great phone. The music player is great and the applications and games you can get are also great. It is quite heavy but it looks fantastic. The other reviews however are accurate, it does crash and i have personally had problems my self, ie applications such as themes would load but then unload and mess up the future loading of that particular application. The remedy is to update the software (firmware) as soon as you get the phone! If possible do it yourself, I went to my local nokia service point to get it (flashed) and they didnt do it it had the old firmware installed. Go to the nokia website and hunt around for the software updating application you need. Your PC needs to have a minimun of 256 MB of RAM to perform the update, once you open the updating application it will automaticallty apply the latest software (read relevant instructions). Once this is done you will no longer have a problem as i have not for months, no error message, no crashing. Its a shame that it is up to the customer to find these things as i have done. As a company nokia should have made sure the software on these phones will work appropriately first time around, anyway goodluck.

What a shame - I ve had the Nokia N91 since July. My verdict is as follows:The first thing you will notice is that this phone is way to slow. To look at pictures you need to go to the gallery , after what seems like an age the pictures slowly but surely start to appear. The Music player is good and a 3.5mm jack means you can plug in some decent headphones. However all this is no good without reliability, mine has crashed several times, been repaired twice, had a new chip and display screen. I ve lost all confidence in the product and expect the phone to crash again. When the dealer started telling me all the problems they had been having with this particular phone, I suspect it was released before it was truly ready. Sorry Nokia but next time i ll be back with Sony.
